To send a transcript or other document to HinesReporters, please first use your mouse to "mark" the text below, and then do a "right-click copy" to put it in your clipboard. Here is the blank "form":

When you have your new email ready, now you can "right-click paste" your "clipboard" into the email. This gives you a blank form (above) that you should fill out by hand about the transcript you are sending. Then, most importantly, you need to use your email software to ATTACH your transcript to your email. (For example, Outlook Express has a button called "ATTACH" and/or a picture of a paperclip to do this.) Then send it. The attached file should not be larger than 1.4 MB (1,400 KB or 1,400,000 characters). You may send *.txt or *.doc MS Word files. If you have questions, please email us at:
